About
I'm Robert Barrueco, founder of 4Loop Studio — an AI software development practice that builds production-grade systems for established businesses and multi-location operators.
Over a 25-year career, I've architected software for Fortune 500 clients, a global financial institution, and an IoT platform serving companies including Pfizer and Under Armour. I've served as the fractional CTO and CMO of GreatFlorida Insurance, a 145-location franchise network, since 2008, and founded and operated my own SaaS platform serving multi-location businesses across the country.
I've been building with the current generation of AI since 2023 and work as a fractional CTO and technical partner for founders and operators who need a senior hand on the wheel — not another vendor with a Cursor subscription and a pitch deck. I hold an MBA and a BA in Computer Science from Florida International University.
